Time trials and try a cat day - Update

On Saturday 16th November from 11am we will be holding an AC45 style time trial using MapMyTracks technology, and a try a catamaran session. The time trial will be open to all club members and boats, and the event will find the fastest boats on the water, both on raw speed and corrected time. Speed Trial Instructions:
1 A yacht’s may start any time after earliest start time declared by ROD.
2 A yacht shall start by Crossing the start line between two cylindrical orange start buoys
3 A yacht shall finish by passing between the two cylindrical orange buoys marking the finish.
4 It is the competitor’s responsibility to record their time and load to Mapmytracks.
5 A yacht will be ranked based on her highest average speed for a run, measured by Mapmytracks.
6 A yacht’s may repeat the course any time till the course closure time declared by ROD
Prizes will be given for the fastest recorded speeds, the quickest run, and the corrected times for Dinghies and Catamarans.
